Primary Care

Our Primary Care team includes: - Doctors - Nurse Practitioners - Registered Nurses - Clinical Assistant - Medical Administrative Staff We offer access to our primary care services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through regular in person appointments, on-call services, and home visits. We do not offer walk in services. We also offer health promotion and disease prevention workshops throughout the year and have partnerships with other health services that your provider can refer you to, including: - Diabetes support and education - Psychiatric assessments - Chronic pain management Becoming a client at the Health Centre: New client registration is currently closed to the community.
